In 2007, Ben left the military and started FCS Ltd. as a sole trader; in the subsequent years he has overseen the exponential growth of the business which culminated in the transformation into a limited (ltd.) Organisation in 2012. Ben oversees the running of the company ensuring all the teams are running smoothly. These teams are able to operate independently in various different sectors across the country.
Gina’s role in Force Contracting is Finance Director after joining the company over 5 years ago. Gina has assisted in implementing various management structure’s both on and off site to help diversify the company to what it is today. Responsible for overseeing the office activities, it’s staff and ensuring the management systems are fed out through the company to ensure a safe and compliant workforce.
Chris joined the team in January 2015 starting in a sales role. This role soon diversified and he now works closely with Gina to ensure FCS’ management systems are properly maintained and implemented. As head of supply chain, Chris works closely with the project management teams to ensure that all schemes are delivered to the highest standard.
Jim joined the Force Contracting Management team at the start of 2016 after a long and distinguished military career; and a subsequent position working in private security in the Middle East. Despite his recent entry into the Construction Industry, Jim successfully oversaw the works completed at Harbury tunnel (case study featured later). Jim heads up the IRATA/Rope Access division of the business and has already overseen various large projects in a variety of sectors.
Brett recently joined the team to strengthen and develop Sales activity. With over 20 years of experience within the industry providing product, support and services to a very diverse and demanding client base. Some of which include large Blue-Chip Organisations, Heritage, Secure Units, Critical National Infrastructure, Utilities, Nuclear, MOD & Rail applications. Utilising strong product knowledge and recognition of today’s challenging market, Brett specialises in the delivery of full turn-key Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Solutions. Brett will be working very closely with our commercial and project teams to ensure that all client expectations are met and delivered with the level of professionalism FCS pride themselves on.
Jack is an incredibly proficient member of the team; with over 10 years experience in the construction industry. Jack specialises in Fencing & Civil work. Beginning as a fence erector; Jack has progressed to become an irreplaceable asset to the company and is qualified in a eclectic array of practices. Jack is mainly focused in the utilities sector, managing large teams on projects at Nuclear Power Stations and substations.
Mark is an expert in all things groundworks. Having worked within the industry for 20 years, Mark has experienced managing projects in a variety of environments. Now working predominately within the utilities sector, Mark leads various civils teams to conduct security enhancement works on Western Power and EDF infrastructure. Mark is set to play an integral role in the building of Force Contracting Services’ new head office, for which he will oversee the delivery of the groundworks.
Lee joined Force Contracting Services Ltd. in 2015, having worked within the industry for a number of years. Starting as a labourer and plant operator, Lee was quickly promoted to contracts manager due to his exemplary work ethic, attitude and leadership qualities. Lee has worked on various marquee projects including various power stations and the Jaguar Landrover project in Coventry.
Shaun has worked with Force Contracting for 6 years, specialising in the configuration of access control and perimeter security systems. Shaun is responsible for the physical install side of all Gallagher security systems having conducted 100’s of schemes across the UK. Shaun has worked and managed on many of FCS’ marquee projects including Disley Tunnel and many WPD substations.
Stacey provides invaluable assistance with administrative procedures. Mainly responsible for personnel, Stacey works closely with Gina assisting with accounts, payroll, training and general administrative duties.
